    nature sounds

The Desolation Hotel provided a serene escape with its immaculate surroundings and cozy accommodations. Particularly enjoyed the sauna after a day of hiking. Dining was a highlight too, with a menu that delighted our taste buds. Only downside was some noise from nearby nature, but it added to the charm.

    stunning mountain views
    cozy fireplace
    cramped parking area

    cozy stay with breathtaking views

The mountain views from the cabin were absolutely stunning, making each morning a visual treat. I particularly enjoyed the sauna after my outdoor adventures. it was the perfect way to unwind! The cabin itself was beautifully designed with a warm fireplace that added a cozy touch to the ambiance.

However, the parking area felt quite cramped during peak times.

    cozy studio
    lovely surroundings
    lack of basic amenities

We had a charming stay in a cozy Queen Studio, just perfect for our one-night getaway. Enjoyed the lovely surroundings and the woodsy vibe, felt like a true retreat!

But darling, calling our yurt a resort was like putting lipstick on a pig! No power, no water—just a fancy camping experience!

    clean accommodation
    sauna perks
    noise disturbance

Clean and comfy stay! Perfect for outdoor folks. The sauna was a lovely touch. The restaurant? Chef's kiss! Delightful bites to fuel your adventures.

But, oh dear, a bit too much nature noise for my beauty sleep! My room felt more like a tent uprising than a cozy retreat.

Can't recommend highly enough for a brief pit stop

Comfortable yurt, friendly staff. the camp hosts have created a delightful experience with excellent food and attention to detail, while also providing convenient ski equipment hire and a location just 98 km from the nearest airport.

Parking can get busy during peak times.

    stylish cabin
    stunning view
    slow wi-fi
    tight parking
    nature noise

Cabin Juniper boasted a stunning view of the snowy mountains, offering a cozy retreat with a well-appointed kitchen and a comfortable bed. The sauna provided a perfect way to unwind after outdoor adventures. However, Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow, making it difficult to stay connected, and the parking area felt cramped during peak times. While the location was serene, some nature sounds might disrupt light sleepers, but they did add to the overall charm of the experience.
